•⁠ ⁠you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the product
•⁠ ⁠The customer must cover return shipping fees.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Once we received the product back, we process to a refund or a replacement with another model (shipping fees covered by the customer).
•⁠ ⁠we cover the shipping fees only if we send you the wrong size or color.
•⁠ ⁠If a board got damaged during the shipping, contact us and we will find a solution together. For any return, the board must be UNRIDDEN and BRAND NEW, otherwise, we won’t be able to process to a refund or replacement with a new one.
All board(s) must be returned with the fins and leash in their original package.
